Travel in Style: Copenhagen Photo Diary

Copenhagen was my first solo holiday travel destination and it was absolutely amazing! I spent there 4 days and took around 4,000 pictures. This is why this post is very photo heavy so I hope you`re on a good internet connection :).

Nyhavn was one of my favourite areas, everything is so colourful and picturesque.

I loved the cute Tivoli Gardens that felt like some fairytale land, although it would have been great to come with someone to try the rides.

Copenhagen is a great destination for foodies. Nordic cuisine is what everyone is talking about recently and I could see why. Everything was super fresh and of great quality.

The great thing about travelling solo in Copenhagen is that you don`t have to worry so much about awkward solo dinners as there are small, cute cafes everywhere where people just chill out by themselves.

Rosenborg Slot Castle also has a wonderful park.

While in Denmark you have to try the classic Danish hot dog from a street stall which is absolutely the best hot dog I ever had.

  1. Copenhagen is a Denmark's capital city. It is metropolitan area that attracts many tourists due to the rich culture, nightlife, shopping, architecture and the old ferry tales. I have visited this city before my
scottsdale bus tours deals. During my visit I have enjoyed that spots Rosenborg Castle, Copenhagen Zoo and Christiansborg Palace.

I'm scared i'll get bored but I need to start doing it more as my travel aspirations are always a lot more than my friends! Kirsty xx

    1. hahah I definitely know what you mean, I always go on holidays with a huge to see list while my boyfriend just wants to sleep :)
Copenhagen is perfect for solo travel though as you can basically walk everywhere and there are loads of small cafes that make it easier for eating out. xx
